The type and scope of our investor’s participation in a company depends on the individual circumstances and challenges. The spectrum may comprise:

-          equity participation

-          replacement of external financiers

-          purchase of ailing credits

Depending on the situation we are flexible in providing suitable financing, using a variety of financial instruments.

As far as real estate investments are concerned, we prefer asset deals, however do not exclude share deals or the purchase of loans.

The typical investment period is 3-7 years.
